Shuvowin Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the shuvowin platform and all its services. By accessing our services through the shuvowin website, mobile app, or any device, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

• Fraudulent Activity: shuvowin reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and any associated winnings if bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person, household, address, or device.

Sports Betting and casino game outcomes on shuvowin are determined through fair, verifiable methods. The following rules apply across the board:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless shuvowin approves it under exceptional circumstances.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with shuvowin's policy.
• Shuvowin reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds displayed due to a technical error.
• Any bets and winnings associated with match-fixing or abnormal betting patterns will be voided upon detection.
• In live betting, if your internet connection is lost, any bet that has already been confirmed will remain valid.

Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely independent and unaffected by previous results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on shuvowin. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance:

• Opening or transacting on an account using another person's identity or personal information.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Abusing the bonus system — for example, attempting to fulfill wagering requirements by placing only low-risk bets after claiming a bonus.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using software bots or automated systems to place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Fraudulent behavior or threats directed at other members.

If shuvowin has sufficient evidence, it reserves the right to close an account without prior notice.

Shuvowin takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe gaming should be a form of entertainment — not an addiction. That's why the following tools are available to all users on shuvowin:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits for yourself.
• Betting Limits: Decide in advance how much you want to bet within a given period.
• Taking a Break: Temporarily disable your account for 7 days, 1 month, or 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: To permanently close your account, please contact the support team.
• Reality Check: You'll receive periodic reminders letting you know how long you've been playing.

You can request to close your account at any time. Before submitting the request, make sure there are no unsettled bets or pending withdrawals.

Shuvowin may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be refunded, though it may be held during an ongoing investigation.

Shuvowin reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• A new version will be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
• For significant changes, a notice may be sent to your registered email address.
